Your identity and contact details are never shared with commercial third parties, unless your booking is made through an agency. In that case, the agency is the data controller for your information.

Personal data  (name, email address, phone number and address) appear on the invoice issued to you or, where applicable, on the invoice issued to the agency. These invoices are shared with our accountant and must be retained in accordance with tax regulations.
For tourist tax purposes, only anonymised information is used (such as the number of adults and children); no personal data are shared.

The Les Palivettes estate is equipped with security cameras that monitor only shared/common areas. Private areas, including windows, doors and private gardens, are not filmed. Live camera access is restricted to the property owners. Recordings are stored securely and may only be accessed by the internal security officer appointed by the conseil syndical. Where legally required, footage may be shared with the police.
